Philippine Racing Club, Inc. (PRC) has announced the following amendments to its 1:36 Stock Rights Offering:
Offer Period : from Feb 9 - 20, 2009 changed to Feb. 23 - March 6, 2009
Listing Date: from March 2, 2009 changed to March 16, 2009
In light of the above changes, the new deadline for submission of your letters of intent to subscribe or withdraw (for those who have already submitted their letters previously) is on March 2, 2009. The Ex-Date and the Offer Price remain to be January 06, 2009 and P3.50 per share, respectively. If you own PRC shares before the Ex Date, you are entitled to the rights offering.
